Prana is a small hedge fund currently with 2 websites. The firm has recently transferred the investment management to a new Singapore company, therefore the websites are badly in need of an upgrade. The partners wish to provide an improved institutional feel and to reflect the changed corporate circumstances.

It is envisaged that:

Two websites will be required, of which one website will detail the role Prana Capital LLP plays in the structure and allows contact to be made. The second would be a new website for Singapore. Again, it will explain the role the new company at Singapore plays and allow for contact to be made. It is envisaged that one of the old websites may be unnecessary.

Whilst the functionality of the website will be very limited (no need for logins, further pages expected to be limited to 1) Home 2) About us 3) Contact us, there is a strong desire that the websites will convey an institutional look and quality. The firm has recenly undertaken a rebranding exercise (as reflected in PowerPoints, calling cards, fund fact sheets etc.) and would like the same corporate colours and feel reflected in the website.

Other aspects to be incorporated include the fact that Prana Capital LLP is FSA Authorised and that the fund is a signatory to the Hedge Fund Standards board. Whilst the work done would remain the property of Prana, there is a strong desire that content could be managed going forward by the firm. An understanding for firm employees of how to do this is part of the job.

We would also wish to be satisfied that the pages could be optimised for searches using Google as a result of establishing sensible word tags etc. Finally, on-going use of Google analytics is required.
