Description

Experience Level: Expert
Estimated Job duration: 1 day or less
General information for the business: Recruitment of Production Staff
Kind of support: Screening
Description of support work: I have a presentation on Thursday 29th January 2015 at 9am to a company board with the view out look at their current recruitment problems, I have identified that the current supplier uses their own generic website to attract candidates which dilutes the recruitment pool. What I need at this stage is a mock (but demonstrable) web portal just for clients recruitment, bespoke to the client.
Due to the sensitivity of the tender the company cannot be identified by it is a large volume automotive parts manufacturer.
We have been issued at this stage to potentially recruit 8 recurring roles, which can be identified as A-H at 8 pay scales these will need to have text and maybe room for video to describe and show each role in detail.
What I am trying to achieve is a clear information package to each prospective candidate on each role.
The candidates should be able to fill in basic information re the application, name, contact details ect and suitability for the role and upload CV
The candidates need to tick/check list to set questions so we can identify unsuitable candidates prior to interview.
On top of this I need to be able to see how many candidates have applied for each role.
At this stage I am happy enough to see Job A and B
I need to demonstrate this portal to the board although that said I understand at this stage it will be a mock but the look and feel is very important, I must be simple and clear as its aim is to attract new candidates
Extra notes: If the presentation is positive then I will need full working site by 28th Feb 2015 as contact handover is 1st April 2015.

And sorry for the short notice as I have the invitation to present at 6am this morning!!
