Wordpress website redesign and rebuild

We are a UK based business looking to simplify, redesign and rebuild our Wordpress ecommerce/online learning website to enable it to better engage with our current and future customers. Our business does not require high-concept designs. Our audience looks for clear and simple communication.

This project is posted in the design category, but it could equally well have been placed in technology or marketing.

We have two main competitors both of which have websites that are performing better than ours. Once you indicate interest and have shared your experience with us, we will provide you with links to our competitors to enable you to better understand the scope of this project - you will see that neither sites could be described as high-concept.

We do not want to change the core components of Wordpress, Woocommerce and LearnDash, but we want to move away from Elementor Pro and to undertake a review of the other existing plugins.

We use the Storefront theme but consider Flatsome a better theme to support our business. At the back end we have MailChimp, Metorik and Gravity Forms, none of which we use as well as we could for communicating with our actual and potential customers.
