Wordpress Website (from existing theme)

I need a freelance WordPress designer who can take an existing theme (the '7' - demo here: https://the7.io/elementor-main/home-full-screen-video/

I have full sitemap to work from - as well as logo / selection of specific pages from the theme.
In all, its about 10 pages.

I do not need you to write it - as I have all the words and can amend in the backend.

I want someone to set the correct navigation - and the correct page designs for each dropdown (as on the theme).
