Wordpress Website Completion

I need someone to complete a poor job from a previous designer. My website is live but looks awful & i need it too look good & function properly.
Lots of responses so i thought i'd add more info as to what i envisage the final website to look like.

We hire igloos, marquees, garden cinema, bouncy castles & kids play equipment, generally to private customers withing their gardens.

we need a website that shows off what we do, how we do it, who we are. It should give price information, option to request a booking online (NOT necassarily to book it online) take a payment once we confirm the booking.
We want to have the blog section & our plan is to franchise the business so a franchise section is also required.
