    - as opposed to creation of new theme files

    - have you chosen a theme?
    - if yes, can you share?
    - some themes are easier to work with than others

    is the budget of $110 a placeholder?
    for a seven-page site, a budget closer to $350 would appear to be fair and reasonable, particularly if seeking an 'Expert'.
