Wordpress site design

I have recently purchased a word press site I now require it designing. This is not an e-commerce site it's for a consultancy so it's to be a fairly basic site with room for a decent blog that I can update regularly. I'd like it to look modern, fresh and simple. I'd be happy to write a brief or even better discuss requirements on the phone. The website would have no more than 3 or 4 pages within it and it's the homepage that would require the most amount of design as well as the approach section.

I would also consider a theme from Wordpress to avoid extra costs as I am not looking for this to be an expensive task.

I would be looking for a quick turnaround with 2 rounds of amends included in the price.
