Description
Experience Level: Expert
I run a small WordPress-based learning site (currently www.rqvlearning.online) using LifterLMS. I am planning to relaunch the site under a new domain (www.gsalearning.com) and align the branding with our sister site (www.gsa-uk.com).
In the short term, I want to handle many of the changes myself as part of learning to maintain the site. However, I am looking for a freelancer who can:
Domain migration: Safely move the site to www.gsalearning.com, including DNS updates, SSL certificate, and 301 redirects so existing links continue to work.
Branding update: Replace logo, update colour scheme to align with our sister site, and remove one homepage image.
Ad hoc support: Provide occasional help when I run into difficulties (WordPress or LifterLMS – e.g. qualification tracks, certificates, payment plugins).
Longer term:
As the business develops and revenue increases, I expect to outsource the ongoing maintenance and further development of the site. This would be a natural opportunity for the right freelancer to take on more regular and predictable work.
Requirements:
Proven WordPress experience (please provide examples of live sites you’ve migrated).
LifterLMS familiarity preferred.
Ability to explain changes made so I can learn from the process.
Reliability for ad hoc requests, with potential for longer-term relationship.
Budget:
Migration + branding: fixed price.
Ongoing ad hoc support: hourly or per-task basis.
Timeline:
Migration/branding work to be completed within the next 3–4 weeks.

Hi Chris, Are there any user roles or permissions in WordPress/LifterLMS that need to be reviewed or changed?
Chris H.01 Sep 2025Hi, As far as I know I don't believe there is any need to change roles or permissions.
