WordPress design help with Squeeze page and Sales Page

Responsibilities:
WordPress design
I need help from a WP Designer to clean up and integrate 2 WordPress 3.0 sales/squeeze pages. There are 2 pages total I need help with to finalize.

I\'ll need help to change a template to customize sign up fields, integrate with opt-in email list form and general design clean up on squeeze page. I\'ll also need help with sales page to integrate with my shopping cart plug in and credit card processor plus general design clean up. I figure this should take 4-5 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.

Right now, these designs are temporary, but will later need a custom redesign - I will be creating other WP based squeeze pages, sales pages, WP website redesign, logo design, and ad banner design in the coming months, so there will be ongoing projects for the successful designer.

This project - $500 for rapid completion - would like it to be completed this weekend. Will discuss future projects.

Experience:
WordPress or Buddy press design experience, working knowledge of HTML

Skills:
WordPress or BuddyPress
HTML
Dreamweaver, Expressionweb, or similar design experience would be helpful
Photoshop experience is helpful
Logo and banner design experience is helpful
Telecommuting project

Compensation:
This is an initial project for $500. Hourly fees or project pricing will be determine for future projects.
