Woocommerce Checkout Changes - notification set-up

Need a VAT option set up - this will show total order (which includes VAT) then the breakdown of VAT on product and delivery, then total excluding the VAT that has been split out (as this is already included in the product totals). Then I have a problem with the woocomerce order notification that is only coming through on my phone not colleagues phones even though Jetpack is set up and connected and everyone else has the deleted and reinstalled app. Lastly I need an extra message in checkout. I need this to work so that when woocommerce is updated, the changes aren't wiped out. The above was in place but it has stopped working (live site). Notifications haven't stopped working - they just don't want to work.
