Hi. We're looking to update our business website (currently use Wix and are happy to stay with them). We'd like to create a more professional feel and add new content, including videos. Within the website, we'd also like to create a subscription/membership and consequent marketing database in line with GDPR protocols. See below for a detailed breakdown of our requirements:

Detailed breakdown of work required...
Looks-wise:
We like our colour scheme and logo. That will not change. However, our colours provide too much glare for the corporate eye. So, the colour theme needs to calm down. It's about finding that magic mix of corporate sensibilities and creative flare, because that's our training and coaching USP.
Content-wise:
We will provide the copy for all content. At the moment, our CEO is front and centre (e.g. "Hi, I'm Callum, TACT's founder"). Of course, he is very important, but we'd like to dumb that down on the website. The business should not be seen as being entirely dependent on him. Perhaps moving the content about him to an 'About us' page will solve that. We also need to add the logos of the clients our team of Associates have worked with.
TACT has five core services, which we'd like to link with a graphic of an employee's career journey: You start at A (e.g. Graduate), and with our support, you get to Z (C-Suite). We are very happy to receive design proposals for this concept.
We want to create a Hook (the WHY) which, with a click, will get the user the WHAT and HOW that they need to make a decision. For the Hook, we commissioned five spoken word artists to write and record a video of a poem about each of our services. Those have been filmed and currently only require post-production edits. These videos will be the main selling point of the company.
We will want a Vodcast page, which will contain a library of Zoom interviews with behaviour change specialists, hosted by our CEO (we have a library of these recorded already). The final addition is 'the science bit' page, which we're thinking will be done in the style of a Blog/Vlog: We really want to emphasise and promote the science behind our work (and perhaps the lack of science behind our competitors' work). I'd like this to be linked to our social media (YouTube, Insta, LinkedIn).
Membership/Subscription area:
70% of the Vodcast and Vlog videos we create will be available to members only. In addition, if you’ve completed a training workshop with us, you’ll be invited into the Members Area to subscribe. When you do, you will be invited to attend a free, live and online monthly Community of Practice, hosted by me and/or one of our Associate team. We want clients to subscribe so that retain their contact details and GDPR compliant permission to contact/market them.
