Wix Form Specialist Needed (24-Hour Turnaround)

I’m looking for an experienced Wix expert to help refine and complete the lead capture form on an existing Wix landing page.

This is form-focused work only (not a full website build), and I need someone who can complete it within 24 hours.

What needs to be done:
Review and improve the current Wix form layout for a cleaner, more professional user experience
Ensure the form follows a clear step-by-step flow (or a structured multi-section layout if multi-step is not possible in Wix)
Organize and format all fields neatly with proper spacing and alignment
Add/update all required form fields based on a provided document
Ensure the form is fully responsive and looks great on mobile and desktop
Configure the submit button and confirmation/success message
Make sure form submissions are working correctly and delivered to the correct email
Improve overall styling to match the website branding
Form details include fields such as:

Requirements:
Strong experience with Wix Editor / Wix Forms
