Website with sale of online gift certificates (web graphic design needed as well)

We are looking for a creative professional to design a website for a female massage therapist. The website will be in German and the location of the massage therapy studio is Zurich, Switzerland.
Considering that we have no previous experience with web design, the description below is a mere indication of how we'd like the website to be. There may be very good reasons, that we are currently unaware of, to create a website differently. Any feedback on how to improve on our ideas is thus welcome. Moreover, please note that English is not our first language and we don't work as designers or web designers. If some of the specifications below are unclear, please just ask for clarification.
The website is for a young female massage therapist. This should be reflected in the graphic design of the website. The font types, the colours used on the website, the background graphics, etc. should reflect this, i.e. the website should ideally have a female touch (for an indication of what we have in mind, please see: http://danakaric.com/).
The website shall be designed in such a way that it may be accessed from laptops/desktops as well as from mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablet computers. For laptops/desktops with a fast internet connection a more graphic intense version shall be designed. For users accessing the website with mobile devices, a second, leaner website shall be designed.
Initially, the website shall have text and photos. We would like to add videos later on and to modify the text and pictures ourselves.
The website should be set up in such a way that we may sell tailor-made instant gift certificates (see http://www.spaboom.com/spa-gift-certificate for an indication of what we'd like to achieve).
The licenses for the pictures that we'd like to use on the website have already been obtained by us. The pictures will be sent to the professional chosen for this project. We expect the web designer to modify them in Photoshop (or any other program) so that the desired graphic result may be achieved.
