Website to display architectural drawings, images and video

The website will contain a full set of architectural drawing plans in PFD format, photomontages, videos, reports, photos etc.

Scope of service:
• Design: a visually attractive and dynamic website. [include a workshop to discuss design and content plus client feedback prior to sign off].
- Easy to navigate and accessible.
- With embedded music (royalty free) and videos [to be provided].
- Dynamic page scrolling/display (similar to link below)

• Functionality: to be accessible from both computer and mobile phone including
- Thumbnail of low-quality images
- Ability to download PDF copies of reports and drawings.
- File size (PDF for download), please specify what size file capability are you willing to include.

• Edits and changes
- The fee should cover 2 drafts and subsequence edits would be reimbursed separately. Please submit an hourly fee.

• Google analytics [to collect visitors’ number, pages, KPI]
- Report generating to us once a week/month regarding web visits etc
- Could this be included at the bottom of webpage?

• Submission form for public linked to MAIN website for people to fill in online.
- Bot protection (maximum characters/images) if applicable.
- Ability to provide anonymous feedback on the merit of the project [ i.e. do you like this project Yes
/NO]

• Accessibility: The website should conform to a minimum level of accessibility (European
harmonised standard EN 301 549 attached, this is based on the WCAG 2.1 standard).

• Security [advice on your approach]

• Website to conform with all current Cookies standards.

• Data protection: The site and supporting solutions should be developed in full compliance
