Website template design

Hi, I am looking for a web designer to design a template for me, the client already has a sketch of there logo (which needs to be digitalised) but this could change if you come up with a better idea. They also have the sketch of a water mark they wanted for stationary that they need to be digitalised.

The site is for a charity / non-profit organisation. To give you a bit of background the site is for friends of my dad who are planning on doing a sponsored drive in an Austin 7 (vintage car) from the east coast of America to Alaska and then down to Argentina. The purpose of the site is to document their progress and also to raise money for charity.

I am an experienced web developer so you only need to make the template and I can do the rest.
