Website redesign psd's

Hi, I'm after a redesign of our own site. We're web-devs but not designers.

Our location, skill-sets, and emphasis on content has changed so we need an up to date site.

Could you provide me a rough quote for this please? We can actually make it, I just need the designs.

The current site is: https:/citywebconsultants.co.uk

We have a project definition document on request, a summary is:

Basic Pitch
● Deliver bespoke and innovative and mobile solutions
● Business broken into 2 halves:
○ We can either build entire digital products (Requirements analysis, design,
development, deployment then support and maintenance).
○ Provide consultancy services, ie hire our developer services at a daily rate.
● The systems we build with:
○ Drupal 7&8
○ NodeJS (includes MongoDB, AngularJS, JavaScript)
○ Mobile: Cross-platform hybrid apps
○ Integrations with many other online systems such as: Salesforce, CRM’s,
Accounting platforms, Big-data sources, Single-Sign-on Authentication
○ E-commerce - including subscription management systems and ebay-style online
marketplaces.
○ Blockchain/Ethereum
○ AI
● Proven dependability as we provided multiple developers to work everyday for 4 years
with a large NGO (Jisc).
● Our own products:
○ Hub (cloud intranet service)
○ Cross-platform mobile app template
○ Tenant portal
○ IrisJS - NodeJS content management framework
○ Ethereum Smart Contract (Blockchain)

We're now producing more blog content that I'd like highlighting

Thanks, Adam
