Wordpress site design wanted – 6 pages

This will also require 7 simple illustrations to fit the theme of our products included as part of the project. We are looking for very simple line drawings with a basic two or three colour fill. If you are not comfortable with the illustration please let us know as part of your bid.
We want a new design for our existing site www.crsystems.co.uk
It is a WP based site and we will want the final design will need to be built on WP, but it does not have to use the current design templates, so the designer has a completely free hand.
We are looking for a design which can be cut into HTML to create a custom wordpress template. This project is for the design only, but let us know if you can offer the coding. (The site will need to be strictly W3C and WCAG 2.0 compliant and also work on mobile devices)
We can provide sites we like and want to emulate. Information design / user experience is as important as graphic design for us. A basic SEO knowledge would also be beneficial.

\Style
We want to create a design that is clean and light yet impactful. It should be inspired by the sample sites that we will send. We want to keep our logo and brand. If you can add any more depth to the branding we are open to suggestions in terms of style and use of colour but run any ideas past us first please.
