Website (re-)design using Wordpress, OceanWP, and Toolset

I have an existing Wordpress website (~10 pages) that I want to "refresh" with a more modern design.

I am mostly using Toolset (~25 views) to model the underlying data structures (creating dynamic pages), so this needs to be kept. I already have a pro license to OceanWP so ideally I would like to use this so I don't have to pay for an additional theme. I am mostly looking for design work, though with an "implementation" (i.e., on Wordpress, not simply Photoshop sketches). Obviously, happy to receive advice on other, more technical aspects of my WP installation.

Specifically, this would entail designing (and implementing):
- a landing page, including various widgets (e.g., latest publications)
- a "team page" with an overview of team members
- a "personal details page" template/view for each team member, dynamically including subviews using toolset (research projects, classes, publications)
- a "courses page" with an overview (embedded view) of classes taught
- a "course details page" template/view for each course, including a dynamic view of all "instances" of this course (years taught)
- a "projects page" with an overview (embedded view) of past and currents projects
- a "project details page" template/view for each project, including a dynamic list of project members (and possibly related publications)
- an "events/news page" with an overview (embedded view) of past and current events & news
- an "even details page" template/view for each event, including a description, date, and place (embedded map)
- a "news details page" template for news items (e.g., new publication, award)
- a "contact page" with a (mostly static) overview of how to reach us

Again: this should use the existing data available through the toolset plugin, and ideally re-use the pro-version of OceanWP that exists, though happy to pay extra for additional plugins if necessary. Ideally the overall site would be optimized for speed (SEO is not really much of an issue, but of course welcome bonus). Note that I can easily setup a copy of the existing site so one can "re-design" away.
