Website re-design to include ecommerce system

We currently have a website that was designed six years ago and is looking pretty tired now. We need to have the site re-designed to include, if possible, but not essential, logo re-design. We would also like to start selling online and I have explored ecommerce systems like EKM and Volusion etc. I am quite happy to use these systems but I want our site design to be more unique than the templates available. I also want to be able to manage the content myself. The products we will be selling will be stock label forms - not too flashy a product but I want a nice design to set us apart. I will need to be able to set different pricing structures i.e. 1 box cost £x 100 boxes cost £y. I am open to bids based on website design or eCommerce system template re-design. As we have an historical customer base that just wants to have information on our business and I want to attract new business to buy from the site itself, I would like to have a home page that could point my visitors to either the informational side or eCommerce side of the site. The site would need approx 6-7 "informational pages" and then we would start by selling approx 10-15 products in total over 3 categories (that's total not 10-15 x 3). Please give me your best prices and approximate time it would take to complete.
