Website improvements and fixes

I need my website responsiveness improved and some layout problem fixed.
there are some problems with responsiveness. Please review site here:

here are some of the issues have identified:

1. graphic overlap when width is resized down or on when reviewing on mobile device access here https://www.boat-pulse.com

2. vessel data page has also resizing and alignment issues. see attached file 2
the dataset graph shows very bad on mobile device and needs to be fixed.
3. need to have access to the graph for each of the parameters (house battery, starting , battery, humidity temperature etc) by clicking on the icon and getting to the new page that will display the graph as per file 3 (feel free to propose improvement of these new pages) the goal is when you click on one of the icons to et the graphed data for the day and can switch to history data for past few months.
