Hi Simon, I checked your site, and it's currently returning an HTTP 500 error, so the whole site is down rather than a small fault. That's usually a plugin or theme conflict after an update, or a PHP version change on the hosting side. To fix it properly and quickly, would you be able to share whether you have access to your hosting or cPanel, not just the WordPress admin? With a 500 error, the fix often needs to happen at the file level, so hosting access lets me get you back up faster.

Hi Simon,
could you tell me what issues you’re currently facing? -

Hi Simon,
Happy to help get your WordPress site working properly again. Before I quote a price or timeline, a few quick questions so I can scope this accurately:
What exactly are you seeing? — Error messages (and if so, what do they say?), a blank/white screen, broken pages, slow loading, forms not sending, images missing, or something else?
When did this start, and did anything change right before it — a plugin/theme update, a hosting change, adding new content, or nothing you're aware of?
Do you have WordPress admin access (username/login) you can share, or is access managed by a host/agency I'd need to be added by?
Do you know your hosting provider, and do you have login access to the hosting control panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)?
Is there a recent backup of the site (via your host or a backup plugin), in case a rollback is the safest fix?
Roughly how many pages/plugins does the site have? — just so I can gauge the size of the job.
Any urgency — is this actively affecting visitors/customers right now, or is it more of an annoyance you'd like sorted when convenient?
Once I have these, I can give you a clear diagnosis plan and a realistic price/timeline rather than guessing upfront.
Best,
Nandita -

Hi Simon,
Would you be open to slightly increasing the budget, as properly diagnosing and permanently fixing the 500 error, along with the required security and compatibility updates, will require additional time and effort?
I always prefer delivering quality, systematic work over quoting the lowest cost simply to win a job.
Best regards,

A few things I’d like to clarify:
1. Are the issues mainly with pages, forms, menus, plugins, mobile layout, or specific functionality?
2. When did you first notice the problems, and were any WordPress/plugin/theme updates made around that time?
3. Are there any error messages or specific pages where the faults occur?

Hi,
I’d be happy to help fix the issues with your WordPress website and get everything working smoothly again.
I have strong experience troubleshooting WordPress websites, identifying the cause of errors, and fixing them without affecting the existing design or functionality.
I’ll keep your current design intact and focus on resolving the faults properly and efficiently.
I’m ready to get started.
Best regards,

Hi Simon,
Could you please specify the exact errors you are experiencing? (e.g., error messages on the screen, broken links, features not working, or mobile display issues).
Did you notice these issues after a recent update to WordPress, the theme, or any plugins?
Do you have a recent backup of the website, or would you prefer I take a full, secure backup before starting the troubleshooting?
Thank you,
Vishal K -

Could you send me 2–3 examples of the faults you’re currently seeing?

Hello Mr. Simon,
What specific faults are you currently experiencing, and when did they first start?
