I am looking for a freelancer to design and build a website.
The basic premise for the website is a competition for people to enter. The website will consist of just 3 pages (home, rules, entry form).
The elements that the website will need are:
-Payment portal for people who want to enter the competition. The payment amounts would only be small.
-Back end database to collect the entries
-Automatic PDF creation for people who enter to serve as a customised certificate with their name on (which is then emailed to them)
-Home page rolling ticker to show the amount of entries into the competition
-As well as all the design for the website
