Website designed with ftp access.

I require a website designed from scratch and I also require ftp access so I can work on the website.

Here are some of the features required.

1. Brand Logo designed from scratch
2. Competitions page Like this http://www.ticwatches.co.uk/competitions
3. Website designed must also be of same quality as above website
4. Script so all my products are upload automatically to google base on a daily basis
5. Newsletter subscriber + need website to support messages and subscribers without needing extras such as mail chimp to support this.
6. Website blog linked to facebook and twitter like this http://www.ticwatches.co.uk/blog/ so when posted it will automatically post on all 3.
7. I need to be able to add all meta titles keywords and descriptions on admin page.
8. Need to be able to accept sage payments and paypal payments and have the secure site logo.
9. Have some banners that image and link to page can be easily changed so I can promote my many new items.

We will be constantly adding to the website and we have other companies so the winning bidder will receive much more work in the near future. We would also need to see some previous websites that have been designed by bidders and also the admin area. (back end of website) We require a very high quality website and we require a great logo designed also.
