Website Design - Start ASAP

I am looking for a UI/UX designer to design a website from scratch (NO TEMPLATES PLEASE).

Ideas for the visual style: Clean look, very good use of negative space.

a) We need designs for desktop, tablet & mobile versions.
b) The designs MUST NOT be template based.
c) An accurate estimate/timeframe must be provided along with your bid.
d) Specific colours must be included in the colour scheme. RGB / Hex codes for these colours will be provided.
e) Elements (font sizes, paragraph sizes, margins, paddings etc) MUST be clearly labelled (via use of a key or other)
f) Please include portfolio of previous work.
g) Please state what grid you'll be using for the design (12 column, 10 column etc)


Please note that i'm NOT looking for a developer. This is a design job only.

Mentioning your CSS, php, javascript, Wordpress skills will NOT aid your bid. If anything it greatly harms your bid.
