Website Design Needed.

I need a website to be designed for a upcoming Idea.

Here are the specs that i will be looking for. Basically i would
like to get this website to look as much as Section Seven.com

*Account Set-up for On-line Users
*Introductory Page
*It needs to be in the same exact layout as Section Seven.
*I need to be able to access the website by myself and
update it.

Im looking towards a facebook/myspace easy sign up section
where the on-line users can input there details quick and easy.
