Description
The website should be able to accept payment for donations, connect to our Facebook account to show pictures that we've recently uploaded and otherwise serve as information pages.
The website should be modern and sleek, we have plenty of images of our own that can be used. It should be in our brand colours.
It is essential that the website is designed for ease of use - not just by the visitors, but by our staff should they need to update information or make small changes.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing this brief. I want to start by saying the work you are doing matters, and the website should reflect that.
A few thoughts after reading through what you need:
The ease of use requirement for your staff is the one I take most seriously. A charity website that needs a developer every time someone wants to update an event or change a photo is not working for you. I would build this so that your team can make day-to-day changes confidently, with no technical knowledge required.
For the donations page, I would integrate a payment processor that is straightforward for visitors on mobile and minimises friction at the point of giving, because the data consistently shows that donation rates drop sharply with every extra step or field.
The Facebook connection to display recent photos is something I can set up to update automatically, so your website stays current without anyone needing to remember to do it separately.
Seven pages with your own images, your brand colours, and a design built around clarity and warmth is exactly the kind of project I enjoy. There is a version of this that looks genuinely beautiful and is still completely manageable by your team.
I would love to hear more about the charity and what you want visitors to feel when they land on the site. Happy to have a short call at your convenience. -

Hi Jennifer,
A few quick questions:
1. Which payment provider do you prefer? Stripe or PayPal?
2. Are these one-time donations only, or recurring monthly donations?
3. What CMS should be used?
4. Do you want any subpages?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards. -

Hi Jennifer, could you please confirm whether you already have the domain and hosting in place, and how you’d like the donations side of the website to work?

do you already have a payment processor account (Stripe/PayPal), or need help setting that up?
