I'm looking to create a website similar in purpose and professionalism to FSE Design (www.fsedesign.co.uk) and Greenhouse School Websites (www.greenhouseschoolwebsites.co.uk). The focus will be on providing website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services specifically for UK schools and the education sector.

The site will be built on WordPress, but I do not want a basic theme—I’m looking for a bespoke, high-quality custom design that conveys trust, creativity, and a deep understanding of the education market. While I will supply all written content, I currently only have portfolio examples that aren’t education-specific, so I would love help with mock-up concepts or example designs tailored to this niche that I can present or use as a visual reference.

    If you are after a custom design and bespoke theme, can you advise the fixed cost of £150 is a placeholder?

    Looking at the very broad requirements provided and the two sites and their functionalities within, a cost closer to £1000 would probably be fair and reasonable.

    To avoid taking up your valuable time, can you confirm you are accepting proposals from 'Experts' at appropriate rates?
