Website design and upload to domain

looking for a site for my business. Want a design same as www.penser.co.uk with english and arabic ( will need english translated to arabic or a plug in that does that automatically and outputs correct format, i.e right to left text).

Same content as www.penser.co.uk but different images and references to penser etc changed to mena advisory.

Would also like a modern revision of current logo I have

Project will not be considered complete until site is uploaded and live and working
