Website design and maintenence, web friendly ads

Need a 5-7 page website finished. Hooked up with someone who dropped the ball and collected money. The website is for a five star luxury villa. It needs finished and taken live and somehow made so the previous designer cannot enter. the site will include a lots of photos, a reservation page that links to VRBO, Home Away, etc. The finished site needs to be very classy and first rate. Color scheme, layout ideas, scripting has all begun. Looking for someone with good work ethic, great attitude and a reasonable timeline to finish.

Need someone who can convert Photoshop files to email and mobine friendly. Also want to learn how this is done.

Have another website that will need maintenence once in a while and need to make sure it is editable and not locked.
