Website Design

I am looking for a web designer to create a website to the specification i have attahced. The site is for a online clothing store that promotes new, young artists/ graphic designers/ iluustrators. This is a new venture for me and i am being helped by the UK charity, The Princes Trust.
The site should have a artistic but simple feel. Whilst creating the site please keep in mind that i would like to be able to upload images and change information.
