Website build

I am setting up my own website - approximately 8 pages - which I want to look professional relatively static with a couple of links. I am currently writing the narrative elements (will take about a week) and I have the domain name registered. Website will probably include one picture of me, 4/5 logos dotted around which can be supplied as required.

Design should be my name across the top - a simple menu down the side with click through to the relevant page and then a return box at the top left of each page back to home. If you can provide a website you have previously done this will help. I am not looking flash, am looking for something clean, professional and functional.

Last page should be a contact page which emails to my own email box.

I did start on WEEBLY But I would rather pay someone who knows what they are doing!
