The job includes providing suggestions on what needs to be done and actually executing those changes. This might involve creating images, etc., to meet the modern web design needs.

We have attached screenshots of the same page with two different banners. This banner is the best we could do but we are not satisfied with what we have. We have received a lot feedback that this banner needs to be "modernized" to meet the specs of modern Webpages/UIs. We want you to tell us at a high level how this banner can be "modernized" and how many hours it will take for you to do it.
