I am in the process of setting up and Education Training and Consultancy business. The Education arm will deliver off timetable days for students ie like Dragons Den and a range of workshops for teachers. The training arm will deliver a range of experiential(learning by doing) workshops for businesses eg team building, presentations skills etc. The consultancy arm provides a service for buinesses to strenthen their links with schools. The theme running through the business is experiential learning.

I have a logo and some other logos for the 3 arms ( education, training and consultancy) a domain name and a content management system as well as most of the text for the site.

I need a web designer to come up with a professional looking site.
Specifically i need:
a more professional looking menu system
the text laid out in a creative way
a number of reply and query forms
appropriate photos sourcing and embedding into the site
a series of graphics to illustrate the site and for use as links
the CMS customising to enable easier editing and additions to the site in the future
I am also open mined to any suggestions that designers may come up with.
