Web redesign needed

I need to update my site: www.inoself.com, including adding some basic roll-over animation of a couple of simple graphics. I also need to optimise the shop and make provision for adding a new product. I have allocated €500 for the web work in the first instance but will consider increasing the budget for add-on valued elements. I sell a food supplement for fertility direct to customers online after they have been directed here by their doctor.
