Web developer - Wordpress/Joomla

Requirements for this post should:

• Include a web form for contact enquiries, registrations etc
• Include built in language conversion (unless impossibly expensive)
• Email communication to subscribers
• Email notifications to subscribers when new content has been added
• RSS facility
• Social networking for user profile management and blogging message board facility and/or user forums
• Content Management capability

Timeline: required last week in October.
• Please note that hosting must be able to accommodate high hit rate and video/graphics if this is possible (hosting can be arranged through alternative sources)
