Web designer for public facing website

Experienced web designer required to create look for a public facing website; no coding is required (we'll do that), just artistic flare.

There's little in the way of a brief so you will have flexibility in what you design. We need an overall look for the site along with around 10 individual pages designing (just graphically, all pages already exist)
