Web design + Logo wanted

The website I am working on will be used for revision and mock (practice) examinations for doctors who are sitting the MRCGP.

Questions are of a multiple choice type (MCQ) in several different formats
Examples of the formats used can be seen at http://www.rcgp-curriculum.org.uk/nmrcgp/akt/sample_questions.aspx

Each question should be presented separately on a screen/page
In some formats the stem is repeated with several options after so a series of questions or a group may appear on a single page/screen
Some questions will display an image too.
Forward and back options will be needed to go through the questions
There should be option to reveal answer after each question is done or only after finishing the test.

When correct answer is revealed an explanation why it is the answer and a reference to an online source for further reading will need to appear

I want to know how exactly you would do the job and how long you would need for it. I just need bulletproof XHTML+CSS, no server side scripting, no javascript/jquery etc...
