We are a business intelligence I.T. consultancy based in Surrey, United Kingdom. We offer a range of services to assist Small Medium Enterprises (SME) make the most efficient use of there existing IT systems in order to gain a holistic view of their organisations. We specialise in the Business Intelligence, Information Management, Performance Management and Process Management market space.

The primary target audience for the website are primarily organisations concerned with improving the financial performance of their existing or new IT systems. We are primarily target hedge fund managers, private equity, financiers. Over the last few years we have also started to gain interest from a secondary audience is entrepreneur's with start up businesses looking to establish efficient and productive IT systems for new enterprises.

Our key objective for the new web project we are kicking off for 2011 is to create a new corporate identity and revamp our internet presence. The primary reason for this is that our business has grown organically over the past 5 years, relying heavily on word of mouth referrals and networking. We are now looking to increase our market share and provide new services that have been requested by our customers.

We have attempted over the past few months to implement a web project using the skills and resources at our disposal within the organisation, sadly the there is ample evidence that we are not a digital media company. We are now looking to establish a relationship with a web designer/graphic design company\individual to establish a professional corporate identity.

We would like the new website to include the "common" features of most web development projects. i.e. CMS, Ecommerce, Blog.

One of the key objectives of the new site would be to have an avenue for us to increase our revenue generated by incorporating an ecommerce store to assist our clients in purchasing software, hardware and peripherals from us directly. We do not intend for this to be any high volumes and revenues generated will probably be no more than £500 - £1000 per month.
