Web design and hosting

Hi, I'm looking for a web designer and host (UK based)

I've had the site a couple of years but parked the business and have not used the website as yet. I have struggled with the developer overseas in terms of communication and getting the look and functionality of the site how I'd like it. I am thinking of starting the business up again soon so open to hearing from UK developers/hosting companies who can help me get started with it again as cheap as possible.
