Description of every page: Homepage for an IT company, based on a WP template which we do not want to vere to far away from. The designer will need to design icons and graphics to enhance the design and give visual clues and representations of the products and services that we offer.

I need someone based in UK, preferably in the South East who is also prepared to meet and stay in constant contact. I am looking for someone who can think on their feet and also make valid recommendations.
