Virtual Tour website

Hi,
I am looking for someone to build and develop a webpage for me to host virtual tours. The site will consist of 4 basic static pages with information , prices contact details and home page
Then there will be a directory with search facility where all the tours will be hosted. each tour will be on its own page with relevant details, google maps, pdf printable document and other details. Also a CSM system will be required to help upload all the tours and store and manage all the infomation.
I have a clear idea of what i am after, and also some similar website that i have seen that i would like my site based on. I will gladly send links to these sites to anyone who is interested.
Please note, anyone who has had previous experience with this kind of website and can show me examples of their work will be given priority. Only serious bidders need apply.
