Uploading a theme into wordpress

Hi All, I would like the following theme http://www.chimpstudio.co.uk/themeforest/ngo/ngo2/blue/gallery.html to be uploaded into a wordpress CMS for website shariacourtofappeal.org. I have already purchased the hosting details, phpMyadmin is the database, and I have also created the wordpress log in details, see default wordpress theme I would like replaced: shariacourtofappeal.wordpress.com.
