We are looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to update www.zuri-planet.com and give it a modern, professional and conversion-focused look.

ZuriPlanet is a sustainability training and advisory company supporting organisations with sustainability training, reporting and related capability building. Our clients and audiences include businesses, professionals, institutions and SMEs.

The website should therefore feel credible, modern, professional and suitable for both corporate and training audiences.

We will provide the website content, branding, service information and most images.

What We Need

Recommend 2–3 suitable modern WordPress themes/templates.

Update the website using the selected theme/template.

Apply our branding, content and imagery.

Improve the overall look, layout and user journey.

Ensure excellent desktop and mobile presentation.

Set up contact/enquiry forms and booking links.

The Freelancer We Want

We are looking for a mature, experienced and independent freelancer who requires very little handholding.

You should be comfortable making sound design decisions, working independently and advising us where a better approach exists rather than simply implementing instructions.

Experience with modern web design, conversion optimisation, landing pages and lead generation will be a strong advantage.

Experience with sustainability, ESG, climate, environmental, consulting, professional services or training websites will also be an advantage.

The WordPress theme or template approach you would recommend for this type of website.

Confirmation that you can meet the stated budget and timeline.

Timeline

The project timeline is fixed at 4 weeks in total:

2 weeks to complete the website from acceptance of the proposal.

2 additional weeks of monitoring and minor corrections after the website goes live.

Budget

Fixed project budget: USD 250.

Placeholder bids or proposals submitted at one price and later revised upward will not be accepted.

Only apply if you are comfortable completing the agreed scope within the stated budget and timeline.

As we are supplying the content, the project is primarily about modernising the website, presenting the content professionally and improving its ability to generate enquiries and proposal requests.
