Update an html website

I need to update my website. Redesign the home page, adding an index on the left hand side, adding a list of projects to 'photographs' page and updating bibliography, biography and other. I need to move photographs from one page to another and add some extra pages.

All the changes are listed i the word document and in the pdf below.

I do not wish to change the overall look of the website. I just want to improve it.
