UI/UX Redesign for Web Portal/Landing Page

We have existing Landing Page and Solution portal LIVE but are looking to redesign so it looks much more appealing.

We need Login Page, Landing Page, Tabular page (tables aredesigned to look better than the attachment and Help Page, and a pop up button that pops up to help user navigate and user can disable it. We need HTML/CSS/Javascript source files for all the above mentioned. Once we select the best offer we can send the code of our existing UI (HTML/CSS) so it’s easier for you.

People who cannot provide us source codes (HTML/CSS Files) Need NOT apply.

Also, we like to keep the design SIMPLE and uncluttered. We do NOT want complicated design with a lot of clutter. Pages can have graphics animation etc but it should be very easy to navigate with out overwhelming the user with too many things.
I am attaching screenshots of existing UI. If i find someone who can design a much better UI we will hire.
