Two page web design in HTML

I require a top class website designer to create a shell website for me in HTML.
The site will currently consist of only two pages, while I build up my brand but I hope to expand it in the future.
The first page is a product showcase. The page displays one product at a time as an image plus a small description and price.
Navigation between products is via left and right arrows shown either side of the image.
The images should slide across sleekly. Ideally this would be implemented using HTML5 rather than Flash.
The second page is a simple About us page with text and one image.
Navigation between the pages is via a header with two links “Our bags” and “About us”. Again I am looking for a sleek fade in (implemented in HTML5) rather than a simple page change.

The background colour of the website must be white as my product images have a white background. (Or alternatively the products could be put in a white “box” either way the images must blend seamlessly into a white background.)
I currently have only 4 products (details provided in the attached mock up document) but I will obviously want to replace these and expand the number of products going forwards. Please let me know how I will achieve this. I have web development experience and so can happily edit HTML. I would prefer to keep costs down and have a more manual edit in this way rather than e.g. a full blown admin interface.

Please include reference sites. The design is much more important to me than the implementation as I can do some of that myself if required.
