Small Business Website (Non-Technical Client)

I run a small business and need a professional, clean, and modern website to represent my services online. I’m not technical or design-savvy, so I need someone who can guide me through the process and handle everything from design to launch.
Project Requirements
1. Website Structure
Please design and build a small brochure-style website with the following pages:
- Home
- About Us
- Services (can be one page or a few if needed)
- Contact (with contact form and embedded map)
2. Design
- Clean, professional layout suitable for the consulting industry.
- Must look good on both desktop and mobile (responsive design)
- Branding: I will need help choosing colours, fonts
- Modern and trustworthy feel — no clutter
3. Functionality
- Contact form with email notifications
- Google Maps embed (if needed)
- GDPR cookie banner
- Optional: basic blog or news page (nice to have)
4. Content
- I can supply basic text or bullet points, but I’d appreciate help writing or refining copy if offered
- Please include royalty-free stock images or guide me on image sourcing
5. SEO & Performance
- Basic SEO setup (title tags, meta descriptions)
- Fast loading
- Google Search indexing ready
6. Technical Setup
- I’ll need help setting ensuring that all is up and running with my existing website host. Site should be easy to update or maintain — ideally using WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS
Deliverables
- Fully functional website live on my domain
- Editable CMS (e.g., WordPress)
- Short training or guide on how to make basic updates
- Support for 30 days after launch (if included)
Budget & Timeline
- Budget: £500–£2,000 depending on complexity and support.
- Timeline: Ideally within 3–4 weeks from start
