Single Page "holding" webpage with fading in/out pictures and mailing list box

Basic single web page required as a holding plate for a new business venture.

Logo to be supplied, and an assortment of pictures which we need faded in and out randomly. A piece of text will describe the business, and 'coming soon'. In addition, we'd like a mailing list entry field so we can notify when the site is up and running.

So...
- Plain and simple holding web page with log and text
- Rotating fading in and out pictures taken from a selection provided (dynamically selected from a user maintable store)
- Text box to enable storage of email address details
- Counter on page to show number of visitors (only visible to us, so on a separate page or hidden)

Hope thats straightforward to follow :-)

Additional update - I have hosting already, which can cope with ASP and PHP, MYSQL and MSSQL.
Further update - Sorry, been very busy hence no updates. When I say basic, I do want it to look highly professional, I just mean its functionality is basic to start with. Hopefully thats clear :-)
Have added a slide show with the image in there and the fade effect, though the images should continue to fade in and out
