Simple 5-6 page websites for property maintenance/developement related business

We are UK based company and we are looking for someone to design etc few websites for our construction related businesses. 5-6 pages depends on the design, something easy to go around and nice to look at. Simple html or similar would be best as it is easy for seo. Would be nice if someone can take care of the text for the web as well, we can give you the rough text or text from existing websites but some polishing would be necessary. If you are not native speaker of UK english let us know as we will have to get this done by someone else We need one of our websites done right now and if we are happy with the results/price we can talk about designing the remaining websites (22 in total).
