Set up shipping for Woocommerce and check set up

I need the following:
The Woocommerce shipping is set up so UK postage has 3 options Small/Medium/Large
I need the rest of the World to only have the option of requesting a quote at checkout because the products are so large and don't have a standard postage price.
Also rest of the Woocommerce needs checking to ensure it is set up correctly - displays correctly. I've already done a test and live purchase they were fine but would prefer someone with good knowledge and experience to quickly review the rest of the set up so it displays correctly and advise me of any small edits that need doing and can also do these edits.
